FAQ's

We offer free delivery for all items and use a courier service with tracking with every order. Delivery is expected within 2-4 days of dispatch.

Notification of dispatch will be sent by email.

Returns must be received by us within 28 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Buyer pays for return postage.

Once we have received your item in a satisfactory, unused condition, we will initiate a return.

Please allow at least 3 working days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.

Funds will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.
